Thank you for considering Max and Louie's Award-Winning Catering for your event. We believe every event is special, so our proposals are custom-built around your needs and budget. We cannot wait to exceed your expectations.
All catering requests require 48-hour notice for guarantee. Orders given with less notice may not be feasible (though we will try our best!). If you are looking for a quick fix, please order from our standard restaurant menu via our to-go phone line 210-483-7600. Items will be packaged as a typical bulk to-go order.
We have unlimited options not listed in our catering menu, so feel free to request anything you are craving.
Full-Service
Catering
Our staff comes to you. You receive delivery, set up, help with service, boxing of leftovers, clean up, trash removal, etc. Our goal is to ensure you don’t lift a finger, and that the venue looks like we were never even there.
Drop-Off
Catering
Our staff provides delivery and set-up. The requested drop-off time should allow for a minimum of 30 minutes for transfer and set-up prior to the event start time. Please give 45+ minutes for hot food items that require a little more set-up.
Pick-Up
Catering
You come to us. Please let us know if you need specific-sized packaging to fit in any travel coolers or a personal refrigerator.
